Director of the microsurgery for Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush, Dr. John Fernandez is one of the top-rated orthopedic surgeons in the United States. He is popularly known for having invented minimally invasive techniques that are used to treat Wrist, elbow, and hand.
Born in the Midwest, Dr. Fernandez has performed several successful surgeries including; reconstructing complex wound and replanting amputated arms.
Having completed his orthopedic residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, Doctor Fernandez also has an accelerated program from Northeastern Ohio College of Medicine.
In addition, Dr. John is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons
