It is the dream of every man or woman to reduce belly fat caused by poor eating, giving birth, and stress.

Research shows Belly fat is more dangerous than overweight. This is because fat around your waist increases your risk of heart disease, high blood pressure, stroke, and cancer.

This fat is also the most stubborn to eliminate, as most diet plans and exercises have limited results.

Believe it or not, every person has abs, just that a layer of belly fat covers them.
